Step 1
We will be setting up Multi-Factor authentication on the new system. To make sure you have what you need please download the application “Microsoft Authenticator” from your phone’s app store.
When you look for the app make sure the name is “Microsoft Authenticator” there are similar ones that look like Microsoft Authenticator
Step 2
To begin we need to delete your old email account. You can use the instructions in these links to delete your account based on the email app you are using.
Step 3
Now that your old account is deleted you should be able to add your new account back onto your phone from the same screen you were on when you deleted the account in step 2.
Remember when it asks for your email address this is now your first initial, lastname @crearesults.org. Don’t worry your old email address is still your normal email address.
For example if your name is Jane Doe, your login email is [email protected] but your normal [email protected] is still your normal email address.
During the set up of your email account follow the on-screen instructions to change your password, set up Microsoft Authenticator and enter your phone number.
Step 4
Your new account also comes with Microsoft Teams, which can be used for video, voice calls and meetings, chat and a host of other things. I would recommend downloading “Microsoft Teams” from your app store.
You can login to Teams with your same user name in the format of [email protected] (first initial, last name @crearesults.org)
